News in March

Kaunis minä -projects community outreach continues in Vallilan Kohtaus and next workshop will be at 28th March, and I am happy to be part of it, so much creativity and talent in these young people.

On 21st March at 5PM to 8PM I am teaching at Helsinki Shiatsu School taoyoga, somatic movement and shiatsu. The class is open also for participants outside the longer course, and you can find information Shiatsu School Helsinki webpage. Welcome to join!
